Our administrative office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Regular yoga classes run from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily, with specific schedules available on our class schedule page.

To enroll in any of our teacher training programs, complete the online application form on our website, or visit our admissions office in person. The application process includes a brief application form, a short essay about your yoga journey, and an interview (in person or online).

Yes, we have limited parking available on-site for students and visitors. Additional paid parking is available within walking distance of our campus. We recommend using public transportation or ride-sharing services during peak hours.

For regular classes, we recommend bringing comfortable, breathable clothing, your own yoga mat (though we have mats available if needed), a water bottle, a small towel, and a light shawl or sweater for relaxation. For teacher training programs, we'll provide a detailed list of required items upon enrollment.
